Liaixon Intelligence, four services

Your automationdivision.

Liaixon Intelligence is our client-facing engineering and automation practice: we design, build, integrate, and operate workflow systems, lead procurement and data operations, AI intake and follow-up, and marketing automation for clients, primarily in real estate and insurance. Engagements run on retainer or on a fixed-fee deployment basis, and every engagement is staffed with its own ring-fenced team of vetted, Liaixon Certified engineers who stay on that client's work through completion.

Four services, one operation

Each one a lane. All of them yours.

  1. 01

    Custom CRM & Workflow Systems

Pipelines, field logic, and reporting engineered to the firm's actual operation, so the team stops working around the software.

    Outreach & Lead Generation Automation

Multi-channel campaigns run on a defined cadence instead of memory, with deliverability engineering behind them, every touch logged, and replies routed to a named owner. The objective is the meeting.

    Data Interpretation & Enrichment

Calls and correspondence turned into structured notes, missing details filled from approved sources, and the viable opportunities buried in existing records surfaced before a competitor finds them.

Agent: Twinks for calling back. Still at the house on Birch Lane?

Marisol: Yes, three bedrooms, but the kids have left. We are thinking about spring.

Agent: Would a valuation visit help?

Marisol: It would. Email me the times.

    Data Procurement & Management

The full data supply chain, from sourcing through activation: data sourced in proportion to need, cleaned, de-duplicated, imported, and kept current. The client owns every record. Liaixon never sells client data.

The principle

Integrate, do not replace.

The existing system of record stays central. New capability plugs in around it. Replacement is recommended only when the current system cannot support the process.

Before and after

The same day, re-cut.

Automation does not add hours. It moves routine work off people, so the hours go back to clients.

Find your fit

What would we build for you?

Pick a service and the kind of firm you run. The answer comes from our industry pages.

We build for .

One record of every lead, showing and signature, shared across the team.

Three named ideas

The words we use.

And exactly what each one means when it turns up in a proposal.

  1. 01 / 03

    Compression Points

the places in an operation where manual, repetitive work compresses time and margin. Liaixon maps them in the diagnosis step and engineers them out.

  2. 02 / 03

    Opportunity Surfacing

the viable deals buried inside a firm's existing records, flagged in time to act on them.

  3. 03 / 03

    Dormant Database Reactivation

re-engaging the aged contacts already sitting in a client's records, because it proves value on data the client already owns. Email first; calls and texts only where consent supports them and Do Not Call lists are cleared.

    Where engagements start

How an engagement starts

Consult first, propose second.

Four conversations to a signature. No pricing before the scope is heard.

  1. Conversation 1

    Discovery Session

We map how the operation actually runs and agree the firm's top three priorities. Everything else is parked. No pricing before this conversation.

  2. Conversation 2

    Diagnosis & Demonstration

Compression Points are mapped and the proposed systems are shown working, not described.

  3. Conversation 3

    Business Case Proposal

Every proposal is a business case: what the operation is losing now, what the system recovers, and the net return against the fee. Assumptions are stated; projections are estimates, never guarantees.

  4. Conversation 4

    Services Agreement

Scope and budget are agreed in writing before work begins. Anything beyond scope moves only by written change order.

How engagements are billed

  1. 01Engagements run on retainer or on a fixed-fee deployment basis.
  2. 02Fees are never tied to a commission or a loan closing.
  3. 03Data, outreach, and AI usage are metered against a monthly cap with an alert threshold.
  4. 04After launch, an optional support and maintenance retainer covers monitoring, AI model and vendor changes, and continued iteration.
